Fred Pauzar is a business executive with over 30 years of successful experience in corporate development,
operations, finance and strategic planning.
A graduate of the University of the State of New York, Mr. Pauzar previously: served as a managing director
of investment banking for one of the nation's leading, fiscally successful investment banking and brokerage firms;
owned a branded hotel resort; owned a vacation club company with beachfront and tourist destination resort locations
in the Eastern U.S.; served as a senior consultant and senior vice president on behalf of a London-based international firm;
provided material, ongoing advice over a four-year term to the senior executives of one of the world's preeminent casino brands;
formally advised the world's leading live entertainment company regarding the formulation and evolution of its global strategic plan;
served as head of a $300 million international concern representing the governmental sales operations of a number of
Fortune 500 companies and architected its sale on behalf of shareholders; co-founded a London Stock Exchange AIM-listed company
that raised $152 million on its IPO; served as a board member of the Florida Council on Economic Education and the National Family
Foundation and as a founding board member of the Lou Frey Institute of Politics and Government at the University of Central Florida;
and co-founded, and continues to serve as chairman of, Group One Productions.
After receiving a bachelor of science and masters in engineering from Cornell University in 4.5 years, Mr. Leventhal has been
providing consulting services to corporations and developers over the past 25 years.
In 1992, Mr. Leventhal's consulting company was contracted by Westgate Resorts, Ltd. to assemble and lead a management team that
was significant in bringing Westgate to a position of dominance in the Orlando timeshare industry, the most competitive market in
the world. In December 1997, Mr. Leventhal formed Tempus Resorts International, Ltd., funded by Apollo Real Estate Investment Fund,
which has become a major competitor in the Orlando timeshare market. Mr. Leventhal's minor in Computer Science has enabled both
of these timeshare companies to maintain a processing and procedures discipline that is necessary to compete in this high growth
industry.
From August 2000 to June 2006, Mr. Leventhal consulted directly for the owners of Resort World and Star Island resorts in
Orlando, Florida. In July 2003 Resort World was spun off and re-branded Celebrity Resorts, which had 6 resorts and 20,000 member
families at that time. Ron’s company was instrumental in Celebrity's acquisition of 11 more resorts and 54,000+ member families.
From July 2006 to August 2008, Mr. Leventhal was the Managing Director Resorts Division of American Leisure in charge of the
Resorts Division which oversees the Hospitality Management and conducts the Sales & Marketing for the Fractional/Vacation Club.
Mark V. Geier has held senior administrative, sales, and marketing management positions since 1979. A graduate of Villanova University (B.S.) and The University of Miami (M.B.A.), Mr. Geier directed two advertising agencies and managed corporate administrative functions for Fortune 500 firms as well as smaller entrepreneurial organizations. Additionally, he has provided advisory services to several major international resort, hospitality and entertainment companies as well as serving in leadership positions regarding major urban revitalization projects in Memphis, TN and Rochester, NY. Mr. Geier has also served as the primary business development executive for a major consulting group specializing in entertainment, lifestyle, and resort centered business enterprises.
David Popper has been practicing law for over 30 years. Mr. Popper is a graduate of Stetson University and received his
Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.
Mr. Popper's professional career began in 1979 in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, and was followed by
tenures with a number of high profile law firms.
Writer, Director, Producer Lance Miccio was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1960. After serving in USN Submarine service he
studied painting and film abroad in Cardiff, Wales as well as London and Nantes, France.
Lance broke into Hollywood with a promo trailer he created based on his screenplay "The Garrison" a tale of Dante's Inferno
with the Battle of Stalingrad as a backdrop, which attracted Academy award-winning producer John Daly.
In 2007 Lance's first full feature "The Jukebox From Edison to ipod" narrated by Peter Coyote was made part of The Rock and Roll
Hall of Fame's permanent collection in Cleveland Ohio on October 15th 2007 by James D Henke .
